The website www.sunadgarden.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) is owned and operated by Sunad Garden LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. These Terms and Conditions along with Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy governs your relationship with Sunad Garden LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Sunad” / “We” / “us” / “Sunad Garden” ). Your use and transactions on www.sunadgarden.com, indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and policies and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms. Sunad Garden LLP shall be responsible for fulfilling your order including but not limited to issuing invoices, and delivering products or services to the recipient, and in no event shall any of its affiliates, director, representative, officers, consultants, or employees be responsible for transactions made on this website. Your participation as a customer in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Sunad Garden reserves the right to amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, as it may deem necessary or desirable. You are requested to read these terms every time you visit the website for usage or transaction.Sunad Garden may suspend the operation of this website for some time being for maintenance work to update content or for any other reason.

Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.& You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • All offers for goods purchased by buyers shall be treated as offers listed under the clauses given in the TermsConditions
  • The seller may choose not to accept or cancel a particular order without giving any particular reason.
  • Placing an order on www.sunadgarden.com will be treated as evidence for acceptance of TC on www.sunadgarden.com.

Sunad Garden does not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of such third-party Platform(s). Sunad Garden does not endorse, in any way, any third-party Platform(s) or content thereof .

In case of dispute (i.e. disagreement due to:
  • Wrong item received.
  • Item Not as described.
  • Damaged or Seal broken on Product.
  • Part/Accessory missing.
  • Item not Compatible.
  • Seller Description/Specification Wrong.
  • Defective (Functional issues).

The product not working and Manufacturer claims an invalid Invoice) between the buyer and seller, Sunad Garden will put the payment on hold of the seller immediately until the issue is resolved. In case the Seller rejects the return request of the Buyer, and the Buyer raises a dispute, then Sunad Garden will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the Buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the Seller. If the dispute is settled in favour of the Seller, Buyer is not entitled to any refund In case of dispute, buyers need to provide proof of product unpacking video to support their claim. In the absence of an unpacking video, no refunds will be done and the dispute will be considered void.

User account and user information:

We collect your information relating to your profile to improve our service and offerings. During this process, we identify your IP address to collect information. We use this information to customize our services and offerings to your specific needs. We may disclose/transfer your information:

  • to any law enforcement authority during the course of their requirement or as it may require under any law in force.
  • to our Group for business purposes including for providing an enhanced and delightful customer experience.
  • to our affiliate companies for better customer satisfaction.
  • to our advisors such as lawyers, chartered accountants, and financial advisors in connection with business transactions.

Cancellation of order:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at contact@kausmiayurved.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on +91-9876543210 (Timings: 9:30 am - 5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Shipping and Delivery:

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

  • Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5 to 8 business days
  • Local and Regional orders- All Local and Regional orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5 to 8 business days.
  • ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed upon delivery.
  • If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Kausmi Ayurved takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Shipping Charges:

Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for shipping charges of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders.Local and Regional Orders: We ship products across the city and Maharashtra State and all orders qualify for shipping charges of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders. Cash on Delivery charges of Rs. 30 will be applicable on all Cash on delivery orders.

Returns and Refunds:

Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.In case of one or more defective products in your order please register a single complaint as the return or replacement will be arranged only once. In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • Sunad Garden is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Sunad Garden
  • Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 working days from the date on which sunadgarden.com cancels the order.
  • In the case of Prepaid orders through credit card, Debit card, or Net banking the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In case of cash on delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name “ used while placing the order or an NEFT transfer will be done.
  • Cash on delivery charges and shipping charges are not refundable.
